RDAP Sub-Delegation by "frdlweb_ini_dot" extension.

In the OIDplus / WEIDplus systems you can DELEGATE the RDAP Service for a specific node/OID you own to an external/sub-registering RDAP-Base URL of an RDAP-Server, simply by adding structured data in .INI -Format to the description. While looking up the local RDAP-Service/the local database the description is parsed to an nested data-array. When the information for the redeirect is found

  • The referenced RDAP-Base-Uri is extended for the search for the given OID and is checked by an HEAD-Request for availability. If response status is 200 OK, the URL is added to the RDAP-Info-Object by something like the "redirect with content RDAP extension" saving the url.
  • In a next middleware handler of the RDAP-Server Request, the Redirect-Url-Info is removed from the RDAP-Response Object and response is served with a Location header to redirect to the delegated RDAP-Service.

Example: Example where the description invokes a RDAP redirect by using the key "RDAP.URL.AUTHORITATIV= {redirect base url} in the description. https://registry.frdl.de/?goto=oid%3A1.3.6.1.4.1.37553.8.8.7.456

RDAP Extension: frdlweb_ini_dot 1.3.6.1.4.1.37476.9000.108.1276945.19361.24174.17741

@ToDO: In further processes the base url is added to the RDAP-Server Bootstrap with the node OID as Root for delegation of look-ups of subordered OIDs.

The prefered method to register a RDAP server in the Bootstrap-Stacks is to accreditate as an authoritiv OID Registrar by validating your OID and/or connect it. https://connect.oid.zone/index.php?goto=oidplus%3Asystem%3Aconnect.oid.zone
